Today is Ambassador Lady’s 11th birthday. Mazel Tov!

Lady, a Border Collie, has been the ambassador of Rabbit Hash, Kentucky since 2016. The town is known for its canine mayor and staff, and you might remember reading about it here. Lady and her fans helped promote fundraisers to help with the Tennessee fire that killed fourteen people, and damaged or destroyed about 2,500 buildings in the Gatlinburg area in 2016, as well as the flooding that happened down south.

Last year, Lady’s fans voted for the Rabbit Hash ferry and the Rising Sun ferry to be called “Lucky Lady.”  She’s been a busy girl!  So happy birthday, Lady, and have many more!
