Artist’s Thoughts:  “The only two pure bred dogs in my life have also been the ones with the biggest personalities and have had the biggest effect on their family. Charlotte and Chucky were a mother and son pair of Miniature Pinschers who both passed away within a year of each other at the ages of 16 and 14. These ink paintings are done in honor of these two loved members of my family. I wanted to capture the image personality of each dog in the simplest way possible. This resulted in an ink on paper painting in only shades of black and grey.”
