Follow My Lead’s “Wet Dog Doing Dry Things/Dry Dog Doing Wet Things” Photo Challenge 2026

He’s wet, he’s muddy, and he’s heading straight for a couch or bed near you.

Wet and muddy dogs seem magnetically drawn to clean, dry surfaces—while freshly washed and fluffed dogs discover every puddle and dripping hose in sight. What’s up with that?

We’re pleased to welcome the return of Follow My Lead, purveyors of custom Biothane leads and collars—quite possibly the best collars and leashes you’ll ever own.

The challenge: It seems to be a law of nature—dry dogs seek out anything soggy, while wet or muddy ones make a beeline for soft furnishings. Your mission is to capture this “opposites attract” chaos in a single, creative photo—and don’t forget to include the sign.

The prize: A 20 foot longline, leash, and custom collar, both 100% customizable!
