Artist’s Thoughts:  I have loved Australian Shepherds since I was in college and shared one with my brother also in college. Since then I have owned Aussies since 1978. They are incredibly loyal, smart and just so much fun. My thought process in this picture was watching them stay close together like they always do and looking straight at the camera. I used watercolor and a pencil outline. I watched my Aussies while I was preparing the picture to catch their intelligent and keen look
