Black Friday (the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, is often regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season, but shoppers looking for really special gifts start keeping their eyes open once Labor Day is over. As in previous years, National Purebred Dog Day will share unique items of interest to purebred dog owners, and we start now because many of these items are either hand made and require time to craft, or they’re made outside the United States, and smart people don’t wait until the last minute to “import” a special present. We confess that some of the things we’ll pass along are pricey (and don’t forget that National Purebred Dog Day’s shop also has a special items you should put on your list), but we’ll try to make sure they’re all unique.
Check out HomeyCreatures. This ceramic artist located in Budapest, Hungary, creates several whimsical purebred dogs. The pieces range in price between $100 to $200, and each is unique and fun. In addition to the Pug, Bull Terrier and Dachshund, we spotted a Bulldog, Chihuahua, and Frenchie.
