Artist’s Thoughts: “I went on a backpacking trip with my dog, Walter, from Copper Mountain to Leadville CO. This is a painting I did of him sitting in front of a high mountain lake. I feel like this painting shows the the beauty and intelligence of dogs. He was taking in the view every bit as much as I was.”
