Artist’s Thoughts: I kept the suggested guidelines in mind as I researched and created different breeds. I tried to include a variety of purebreds with different heritages and purposes for which they have been bred. With this variety, I tried to use a color scheme that would make a cohesive composition as well as a striking poster. I also incorporated my signature texture technique that I typically use when creating dog paintings.
