Meet “Angus,” an 8 year old West Highland Terrier from Bangor, County Down, and the first Northern Ireland member of the Biker Dogs Motorcycle Club, the world’s first motorcycle club for “biker dogs.”
Founded in 2000, the club has members in twelve countries on four continents, and past/present members include a Bull Terrier, Golden Retrievers, Siberian Husky, Pit Bull, Boston Terrier, Chihuahua, and others, many of whom are rescues. As far as we could tell, many of these dogs do therapy and charity work, and have appeared on TV (one has even met the Duchess of York). Anyone who is a member of the Homosapien or Canis Familiaris species AND rides a motorcycle is eligible to join Biker Dogs MC (where presumably, dog safety comes first). How do my girls become members? They love riding.
Kelli, honestly don’t know. A google search might lead to some contact information.
