The Clumber Spaniel was a breed created to work in a very specific niche. Its long, low body build enables it to go where other dogs can’t: The thick tangle of undergrowth where game birds hide. This is powerful breed whose dense white coat is easily seen by hunters. Its thick brows protect its eyes, and its soft mouth makes it uniquely suited for its job.
