As a rule, we don’t mention the show names of dogs whose pictures we share, let alone the high points of their careers, when they’re still active in the show ring, but the little lady you see here has a special accomplishment well worth sharing, particularly when we’ve been sharing the “not just another pretty face series” of dogs who can do the jobs for which they were bred.
Move over, boys. Meet “Ava,” the first Best In Show, Top 20 CD ROM Doberman Pinscher to attain a Schutzhund 1 title in the history of the breed. She exemplifies beauty, brains, beauty, working ability, and what we’ve read is a “to-die-for temperament.”
The photo of BIS BISS GCH Catawba’s Take No Prisoners CD IPO1 ROM comes courtesy of Susan Miller via Derek Glas Photography©. We snagged the picture from a posting by the Doberman Pinscher Club of America and hope they don’t mind our sharing their brag. Is she not stunning?
