Artist’s Thoughts:  I wanted to show 3 different breeds viewed from a similar perspective, illustrating the differences between them based on the jobs they do. The 4 smaller images of other breeds were then added to balance the composition and showcase the diversity of purebred dogs from all groups. The rich blue top and bottom bars represent a blue ribbon, tying in dog shows and their purpose to evaluate form as it relates to function.
