As we write, there are 121 days until Christmas, 122 days until Kwanza, and only 108 days until Chanukah, and it’s right about now that we start sharing gift ideas because some really cool stuff has to be imported and you’ll need shipping time, or they’re hand crafted, and good things take time.

If you have to shop for the person who has everything this coming holiday season, and budget isn’t an issue, we’re pretty sure they won’t have one of these. They’re Meryl Ruth’s fanciful teapots, the one at the left called Pest-tea and priced at $350. Sketching, patterning, constructing, sculpting, detailing, glazing – whew!
