National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors’ “The Obedient Dog” Photo Challenge

Is your dog so well trained that when you say, “Jump!” he or she asks, “How high?”

Or is your dog’s idea of obeying a command to do the exact opposite of what you ask?

No one knows better than experienced trainers that a dog’s breed influences their “obedience,” and many of these superb trainers are members of the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors, Inc. We couldn’t be more honored to welcome first time contest sponsors, the National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors (NADOI), who, fittingly, have chosen as their challenge theme, “The Obedient Dog.”  The challenge is in how you interpret the theme!

NADOI has been around for more than fifty years, and for five decades, their main purpose has been to certify dog training instructors who have demonstrated excellence in the profession. NADOI certifies not just competition obedience trainers, but also those who specialize in training pet dogs. NADOI’s mission is to certify dog training instructors of the highest caliber; to provide continuing education and learning resources to those instructors; and to promote humane, diverse and effective training methods and competent instruction.

The challenge: Our judges will be looking for the most creative/impressive/whimsical outside-the-box interpretation of the “Obedient Dog” Photo Challenge, something well beyond a sit-stay;

The prize: $100 VISA Cash Card

The Sponsor: The National Association of Dog Obedience Instructors, Inc.
