Artist’s Thoughts: Black Labs are the happiest critters going. This is evident in his happy face blowing in the wind, going down the road. I have always painted ‘portraits’ of dogs, trying to capture the feelings they exhibit. Humans like to imagine what they are feeling and thinking when viewing.  The Black Lab is known by all and is one of the most loving, happy dogs going. Their expressions are so evident.
