“Unlimited” was chosen in a highly competitive contest with the greatest number of entries for NPDD’s art competition to date. Of the piece, our juror, Ms. Tilly Grassa said, “Wonderful interpretation of the theme, ‘Form follows function.’ Breeds are well-represented in a creative way using a colorful and dramatic medium – very imaginative!” There is a lot to look at in this piece which makes the medium, scratchboard, look deceptively easy.
Congratulations to artist, Lisa Martini-Dunk, the first Canadian to win NPDD’s competition.\
