The Non-Breed Specific Disease

Cancer kills one in four dogs and it doesn’t much care the breed, or however many, a dog is. Various studies tell us that canine cancer touches one out of every three dogs, and that half will die from it. Cancer accounts for 45% of deaths in dogs over ten years old, is fatal to 50% of dogs with breast cancer, and in the form of osteosarcoma, it accounts for 8,000 to 10,000 cancer cases in dogs annually. While this video is chock full of purebred dogs and likely to bring a smile, cancer is nasty business for all dogs regardless of ancestry.
