Artist’s Thoughts: I love the personality and intelligence of Rat Terriers. This dog, ChiChi, exhibits her intense concentration and patience in waiting for whatever her mind is concentrating on. She was my family’s steady companion through ups and downs and her love and happy interest in participating in everything never slowed.
