What happens when an uber smart Border Collie sees herself on TV?? We found out when “Kirk”  watched herself win the 2017 Small Dog Agility competition at the 2017 Incredible Dog Challenge Western Regionals on TV. Given that modern TV technology makes it easier for a dog to watch a television screen with its updated flicker rate, and Kirk’s reaction, and it’s hard to dismiss the notion that Kirk recognizes a dog on the screen, perhaps her owner, and maybe even herself!
