“Diamond in the Rough” Photo Challenge Sponsored by the Wilmington Kennel Club

We are delighted to welcome the Wilmington Kennel Club as a first-time sponsor and extend our heartfelt congratulations on its 90th Anniversary! What better way to mark this milestone than to sponsor a photo contest inspired by Delaware’s nickname, The Diamond State?

The challenge: Our dogs are gleaming “diamonds” when they behave or are groomed to the last hair, but we all know that gems can have rough edges.  In this challenge, your job is to interpret the theme, “Diamond in the Rough” by capturing a less-than-perfect moment that showcases your dog’s unique personality. Whether it’s your dog in “mid-mess,” having a less-than-elegant moment, or capturing “inner-child behavior,” let your out-of-the-box creativity shine.

The prize:  $100 gift card to Fuzzywumpets, purveyors of high-quality, comfortable, and elegant dog collars – some adorned with Swarovski crystals!
