The 23rd Prime Minister of Canada recently tweeted about the newest addition to his young family, “Kenzie,” an 11-week-old female Portuguese Water Dog.  Could Justin Trudeau’s trip to the Obama White House in March had an influence on the Trudeaus’ choice of pets?  Is the Portuguese Water Dog the “power breed” to own?
