You get the idea. It’s a time for celebration, and only one adult beverage will do: The Regal Beagle
It goes like this:
1 ½ oz vodka
2 lime wedges
1 tsp. honey
5 oz grapefruit juice
1 ½ oz vodka
2 lime wedges
1 tsp. honey
5 oz grapefruit juice
Splash of dry white wine
Muddle the lime with honey and add ice. Pour grapefruit juice over the top and add a splash of wine. Stir a bit, but not for so long that your guests want to jump over the counter and seize their drink. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

My beagle is cute! Time for a Regal Beagle drink. (Dang don’t have a beagle….OK my Harrier is cute. Time for the Happy Harrier replace the vodka with rye, keep the lime, replace everything else with ginger beer. )
