You won’t find this in the breed standard, but the “Tibbie scream” a distinctive blood curdling scream unique to the Tibetan Spaniel, occurs when a Tibbie feels there’s something of interest worth sharing with the hemisphere.  We’re told that Jagdterriers and Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers are also “felony screamers.”
