Only Breed Mentioned By Name in the Bible

Not everyone thinks of football on a Sunday. Biblically speaking, the Greyhound is the only breed of dog mentioned by name in the good book appearing in Proverbs 30: 29-31 (King James Version):

There be three things which go well,
yea, four are comely in going;
a lion, which is strongest among beasts,
and turneth not away for any;
a greyhound; a he-goat also;
and a king against whom there is no rising up.
