Oliver Hardy’s Chow Chow

It’s the rare Millennial who knows of Laurel and Hardy since few people born after 1983 will even watch a black and white film.

Pity, because while some things date quite quickly, a lot of slapstick that was funny in 1933 can still make us laugh (check out the clip below from the classic, “Busy Bodies”).

Several photographs can be found of Oliver Hardy with a Chow Chow, including one of him with Fred Astaire.  If you’ve never seen this famous comedy team in action, check out the video below:
