With 3 million Facebook fans, “Beast,” the Puli owned by Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, is well known, but there are other “tech titans” who own purebred dogs that don’t have the same fame.  The founder of Instagram, Mike Krieger, has a Bernese Mountain Dog named “Juno” who has over 9,000 followers on Instagram following him under the @junopup handle.  The photo-sharing app was created in 2010 by Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger, buds at Stanford University who worked out of an old pier in San Francisco. Who knew. Today, Instagram has 700 million registered users!
